Working principle
The water-cooled multifunctional crusher (active hammer crusher) utilizes the high-speed rotation of an active small hammer and the centrifugal force to swing the crushed material, resulting in a comprehensive effect of impact and friction between the hammer head and the edge gear to achieve crushing. The structure of this machine is simple, sturdy, runs smoothly, and has good crushing effect. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main machine, and the particle size can be obtained by replacing different aperture mesh screens. In addition, the machine is made of all stainless steel. The inner wall of the casing has been machined to achieve a smooth surface, changing the previous rough and powdery phenomenon of the inner wall of the model, making the production of drugs, food, chemicals, etc. more in line with national standards and meeting GMP requirements.
This machine is equipped with a sieve, which can be replaced according to customer requirements. When the material is crushed to a diameter smaller than the sieve hole, the powder comes out of the sieve and falls into the aggregate bucket below. The dust floating in the bucket is sucked into the dust removal bag inside the dust removal box through the action of the dust removal motor for filtration, and the air is discharged outdoors by the fan.
Introduction to Water Cooling Device
The multifunctional crusher can be equipped with a water cooling device according to the user's special usage requirements and the special physical and chemical properties of the crushed material. If the melting point and ignition point of the crushed material are low, and it is prone to softening and sticking when heated, resulting in reduced crushing efficiency or inability to crush, and even causing combustion and explosion, it is necessary to install a water-cooled cooling device on the crushing equipment.
The commonly used water cooling device is to install a sealed water clamp on the front and rear walls of the crushing chamber, so that the flowing tap water or well water continuously flows into the rear wall water clamp, then into the front wall water clamp, and then flows back into the rear wall through the front wall water clamp, and flows out through the outlet of the rear wall. The purpose of the water cooling device is to reduce the temperature of the crushing chamber!
Friendly reminder for water cooling device
1. Different seasons, temperatures, and water temperatures will produce different cooling effects.
2. The heat generated by crushing different materials is different, and the temperature rise is also different.
The lower the water temperature flowing into the water cooling device, the better the cooling (heat dissipation) effect.
4. Different materials have different melting points and ignition points, and users must have a full understanding and grasp of the crushed materials.
5. Water cooling devices need to be pre ordered and installed separately, and nitrogen devices can be added according to customer needs.

6. The lower the water temperature used for cooling, the better the cooling effect. The water used for cooling should not be recycled to avoid affecting the cooling effect. In summer, using well water is more effective than tap water, and adding ice to water can have a better effect.
7. The water flow into the cooling chamber should not be too large or too fast, and low-pressure water flow should be used.
8. The dust removal device of this machine is a simple dust removal box. As the dust removal box separates air and dust through a cloth bag, the dust removal effect has certain limitations. The dust removal effect of this machine is relative and cannot achieve absolute dust-free. Please ask the customer to understand and comprehend this. To enhance the dust removal effect, it is recommended that customers connect a long and compact cloth bag (metal tube is also acceptable) to the exhaust outlet, with the bag mouth (metal tube mouth) facing outward to allow air to be discharged outside.
precautions
1. Ensure that there is a dedicated person to supervise this machine during operation.
2. The crushed material particles should not be too large. If the machine is shut down (i.e. the speed slows down significantly or stops running passively due to excessive load), the power should be cut off immediately.
If the particles being crushed are too large, they should be crushed by a universal crusher before being crushed by this machine.
